1. Who we are
NEXASNIX is a financial technology company. Banking, payment, trading, and investing features are provided in partnership with regulated third parties where required, and availability depends on your country of residence and applicable law.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use NEXASNIX for anything illegal, to attempt to bypass our security or access controls, or to submit someone else's identity documents without their authorization.
4. Service availability
We're continually rolling out new features and expanding to new regions. Some features may be limited or unavailable depending on where you're located, and we may update or improve the service over time.
