Getting started
Is NEXASNIX a bank?
NEXASNIX is a financial technology company, not a bank. We work with regulated partners to offer banking, trading, and investing features, and availability depends on where you live.
How long does it take to open an account?
A couple of minutes. You'll enter your basic details, agree to our terms, and you're in. Verifying your identity to unlock withdrawals takes a bit longer, usually reviewed within a business day.
Which countries can I sign up from?
We support a growing list of countries at signup. If yours isn't listed yet, join the waitlist from the homepage and we'll let you know when it opens up.
Is there a minimum balance or monthly fee?
No. There's no minimum balance and no monthly fee. See our pricing page for the full fee schedule.
Deposits & withdrawals
How do I add money to my account?
From Deposit in your dashboard, choose bank transfer or crypto. Bank transfer details are unique to your account and are reviewed once received. Card deposits are on the way.
Why isn't my deposit showing up yet?
Bank transfers are reviewed before they land in your available balance, which keeps the platform safe for everyone. You'll get a notification the moment it's approved.
What do I need to withdraw funds?
A verified identity. Once your KYC is approved, withdrawals unlock from the Withdraw page.
Can I cancel or reverse a transaction?
Reach out to support as soon as possible. Completed withdrawals can be reversed by our team when appropriate, with a clear reason and a linked record you can always see in your transaction history.
Crypto & investing
Which crypto assets can I hold?
BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, USDT, and USDC today, with more on the way. Every deposit and withdrawal shows the exact network to use so funds always land in the right place.
Can I trade stocks on NEXASNIX?
Watchlists and market data are live today. Buying and selling real shares is coming as we finalize our brokerage partnership.
What are Investment plans?
A way to explore how different investment products could perform over time using illustrative return rates. It's a planning tool, not a guarantee of future results.
Account & security
What happens after I complete verification?
Your submission moves into review. Once approved, withdrawals and other verified-only features unlock automatically, and you'll get a notification either way.
Can an admin edit my balance directly?
No. Any correction goes through an auditable adjustment process with a documented reason, never a silent edit.
How do you keep my account secure?
Every sensitive action is checked on our servers, not just hidden in the app. You can review your active sessions and devices, and turn on two-factor authentication from Security settings.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We'll send instructions to your email on file.
